Dear Investor,

A few years ago my partner, mentor and good friend Dolf de Roos and I tried a little experiment. We wanted to prove how successful our investment strategies could really be, so we challenged ourselves to buy 52 homes in one year. We targeted homes in the $150-$250,000K price range, and limited ourselves to a $5000 budget for each home to secure these properties. Our strategy worked better than we expected.

We purchased all 52 homes in just 36 weeks and, sold all 52 homes when the market peaked for an average price of $300,000. A 45%-65% profit on every home! I admit we were pleasantly surprised with the return on our investment. We were pretty confident we could get 20-30% ROI, but the Las Vegas market got very hot and we were sitting on 52 outstanding properties. That’s the great thing about real estate. When you know how to invest, there is no opportunity that can match real estate.

We wanted to take this to the next level. So, instead of targeting residential properties, we went after commercial properties over $1 Million Dollars. We contacted a few of our close investor friends and secured a commercially zoned property in the Lake Elsinore region of California for $2 Million Dollars. Two years later we sold it for over $4 Million Dollars. A $2 Million Dollar profit in 2 years! Now we want to do even better.
